Begin the trek to Phakding, a charming village along the Dudh Koshi River.
Enjoy the first views of the snow-capped Himalayas.

Cross suspension bridges and walk through pine forests.
Reach Namche Bazaar, a vibrant Sherpa town and the commercial hub of the region.
Acclimatization day: Explore the town and visit the local market.

  • Airport Transfers: Pick-up and drop-off from/to the international airport in Kathmandu.
  • Accommodation: Hotel accommodation in Kathmandu and teahouses/guesthouses during the trek.
  • Meals: Three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) during the trek. Meals in teahouses are often traditional Nepali or international cuisine.
  • Trekking Permits: Necessary permits for the Everest Cultural Trek, including Sagarmatha National Park Entry Permit and TIMS (Trekkers' Information Management System) card.
  • Internal Flights: Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and back. This flight is the starting point of the trek.
  • Experienced Guide: Licensed and experienced trekking guide who knows the region well and can assist you throughout the journey.
  • Porter: A porter to carry your main baggage, leaving you to carry only a small day pack.
  • First Aid Kit: A basic first aid kit for emergencies.

  • International Flights: Flights to and from Kathmandu are not included in the package.
  • Travel Insurance: It is essential to have travel insurance that covers high-altitude trekking and medical emergencies.
  • Meals in Kathmandu: Meals in Kathmandu are usually not included.
  • Personal Expenses: Expenses for drinks, snacks, Wi-Fi, charging devices, laundry, etc.
  • Tipping: Tips for the guide, porter, and other staff are not included but highly appreciated as a gesture of gratitude.
  • Additional Accommodation: If you plan to stay extra nights in Kathmandu before or after the trek, the cost of the extra accommodation is not included.
  • Personal Gear: Trekking gear like trekking boots, clothing, sleeping bags, and trekking poles are not provided.
